No. because every repair is different and needs to be assessed in person by our experts.
Please ask your associate at the time of drop-off when you might be able to expect your item back. Most repairs will have a Promise Date at the top of your receipt that the item should be back by. The associate will also call you as soon as it is ready.
You will need receipt provided by our associate at the time of drop-off.
If you let us know within the first 30 days after we ship your item to you that you have concerns about the repair, we’ll redo the item at no charge.
